What do I need to do to get access to Outcomes Insights?
- Ensure that your store(s) have installed Rx30 Build 24303 or above for all historical data to be available.
- The individual who will be the administrative user needs to complete this form to provide us with additional information which will assist Outcomes in verifying and providing access to Insights.
- If the administrative user does not already have access to Outcomes, have them sign up here to start the process.
Please allow a few weeks to fully setup your accounts and verify accessibility of data.
Is the data going to show in Outomes Insights reporting tool immediately after processing/updated in Rx30?
The data is not immediate. It does take some time to process through and upload to the site. Roughly two hours
What are the differences between an Owner and Pharmacist profile?
Each tab changes the information available to each profile. If a user is defined as an Owner, they can also look at the Pharmacist information. Pharmacist users will not be able to look at Owner information though. The Owner role will be more focused on financial reporting and the Pharmacist role will be more patient focused reporting.
We will be exploring adding more roles in the future, such as a technician user.
I'm struggling with Outcomes Insights Date Filters. What do I need to know?
The most common issue is when using a date range filter. The date range behaves slightly different than expected. The date selection to use is the “is in range” option. This will filter the data displayed to the date range time frame selected in the second criteria.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the end condition is “until(before)” not “to”. When using this, make sure the ending date is a day AFTER the desired ending date.
Is ReportRx going away?
Yes. Once Outcomes Insights is made available to the entire Rx30 user base, ReportRx will be sunset. This will take place before the end of 2024.
How do I interpret the data and analytics provided?
Most data provided on Outcomes Insights dashboards are common metrics within a pharmacy management system, or accounting system. Detailed information is provided earlier in this document.
Why is my data not syncing?
Common issues which should be investigated should include internet issues, network disruptions, connectivity issues, both internal pharmacy connections and external connections. Users should contact support if the connectivity persists.
How do I request access to Outcomes Insights or add an additional user?
Navigate to this form and fill in the information.
